Service delivery policy

How and when SchoolOps delivers its audit, monthly plan and annual plan services.

Last updated: 7 October 2026. SchoolOps sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically; all work is delivered online, in your institution's own accounts.

1. Free audit

Your score and every issue appear on the page within about a minute of your request.

2. Monthly plan

Work starts within 2 working days of payment and access being shared. The monthly report is sent in the first week of every month.

3. Annual plan

Work starts within 2 working days of payment. The new website goes live in 3 to 4 weeks after we receive access and content. Google and Meta verifications follow on those platforms' timelines. Blog articles are published every fortnight after your approval, and the monthly report is sent in the first week of every month.

4. Confirmation

After payment you receive a confirmation and tax invoice by email, and our team contacts you on WhatsApp to collect access and content.
