About SchoolOps
What does SchoolOps do?
We build and manage your institution's online presence: website, Google Business Profile, reviews, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and AI search readiness. We measure it on 44 checks and send you one score every month.
Which institutions do you work with?
K-12 schools (CBSE, ICSE, state board), international schools, junior and degree colleges, professional colleges, coaching institutes and preschools.
Do we need technical staff?
No. Our team does the work in your own accounts. You only share access, content and approvals.
What does the free audit include?
We check your website on all 44 points and show your score out of 100 with every issue and how to fix it, right on the page, in about a minute.
Plans and payments
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The monthly plan (₹14,999 + GST a month) manages all 44 checks, your Google profile, social pages and monthly reports. The annual plan (₹1,19,999 + GST a year) costs the same as 8 months and adds a new website, firewall protection, 2 blogs a month, admission-season updates and a quarterly competitor check.
How do we pay?
Monthly is billed in advance each month. Annual is paid in full upfront. You receive a GST tax invoice for every payment.
Can we cancel?
You can cancel the monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. The annual plan runs for 12 months from payment. Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Are there any extra costs?
Domain and hosting renewals, paid advertising budgets and photo or video shoots are not included. We tell you before anything extra is needed.
Website and security
We don't have a website. Can you help?
Yes. The annual plan includes a new, mobile-friendly website built to Google and AI search standards, live in 3 to 4 weeks.
What does firewall protection do?
It filters traffic before it reaches your website, blocking hacking attempts, spam bots and attacks. We also monitor for malware and keep your security certificate valid.
Do we keep ownership of our website and accounts?
Yes. Your institution owns its domain, website, content, Google profile, social pages and data. All logins stay with you.
Content and results
Who writes the 2 blogs a month?
Our team writes them from information you share, such as admissions, events, results and activities. You approve each one before it is published.
Do you guarantee the first position on Google?
No one can honestly guarantee that, because Google, Meta and AI companies decide rankings. We guarantee the work and your score on all 44 checks.
Do you write or buy reviews?
Never. We help you ask genuine parents and students for reviews and we reply to every review on your behalf.
How soon will we see a change?
Your score improves as fixes go live, usually within the first month. Search visibility builds over the following months as Google and AI tools re-read your site.
